OAA continues to host exclusive Circle of Excellence luncheons with our top performing members. This month, CEO Tony Caldwell and OAA staff members from communications and agency development are hosting round table discussions on member-driven topics. This session was focused on driving incredible growth and agency value by capitalizing on the benefits of SIAA/OAA negotiated deals with the best companies in insurance. Our agents had questions on the future of the independent insurance agent and what exciting opportunities OAA might be able to help them take advantage of to grow their own agencies as the marketplace shifts.
